Shipping Policy
At Oldboy Sim Racing, we aim to get your orders to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Please review our shipping timelines and details below:
US Orders
- Most deliveries within the US will arrive within 3-9 days after you receive your shipping confirmation email.
- Note: Deliveries to overseas military bases or US territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam) may experience additional delays.
Canada Orders
- Most deliveries to Canada will arrive within 5-10 days after you receive your shipping confirmation email.
Worldwide Orders
- Deliveries to destinations outside the US and Canada will take an estimated 14-28 days, depending on the destination country.
- International delivery times may be affected by customs processing delays or other unforeseen factors beyond our control.

Pre-orders & Back-orders

Returned Orders
Any orders that are returned to the sender for reasons outside of our control, such as government shutdowns, unpaid duties or taxes, missed deliveries, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping fee once the original package has returned.
